\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSt. Jude Children\u2019s Research Hospital is the largest and the only U.S. National Cancer Institute (NCI)-designated childhood cancer center in the United States. The first successful cure for childhood acute lymphoblastic leukaemia came from St. Jude, and currently their cure rate for ALL is almost 90%. As a charity hospital, one of St. Jude\u2019s missions is to help improve the cure for childhood cancer worldwide through its International Outreach Program.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tKK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH) is the only integrated women’s and children’s hospital in Singapore, and offers a full range of tertiary services in obstetrics, gynecology, neonatology and Paediatrics. KKH is also a teaching hospital affiliated with the National University of Singapore (NUS) Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, the Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School and the Nanyang Technological University Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe recently renovated and expanded KKH-Children Cancer Foundation (CCF) Children’s Cancer Center now consists of a 27-bedded inpatient ward which includes 8 HSCT rooms, an adjunct inpatient ward with 6 single-bedded isolation rooms, and a 13-bedded Day Therapy Center. The center provides comprehensive therapy for hematological and solid malignancies, handling around 120 new oncology patients each year. Since 1998, it has conducted over 130 hematopoietic stem cell transplants. In 2002, KKH performed the first cord blood transplant which was successful, underpinning today’s demand for this procedure. The Foundation supports the China Children\u2019s Cancer Group ALL (CCCG-ALL) Study Group, the world\u2019s largest study in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL). Over 16,000 children have been enrolled across 26 hospitals in China and Hong Kong SAR.
